From the initial contact Pierre Exquisites cuisine was very professional and sweet, she worked with my budget and so humble about her work. Even when we had to reschedule due to the pandemic. This review is LONG OVERDUE! It’s been about a month since Tamara and her team serviced my grandmother’s 90th birthday celebration, and people are still calling to discuss how great the food was! From beginning to end Tamara and her team were professional and attentive to our every need. My family and I are already planning to utilize PEC for our next family gathering!

My life has been a movie since the day I met my Husband. I mean, did you guys know he surprised me with skydiving the first month we met? A After almost 10 years, he still seems to know how to surprise me and put a smile on my face. This is the kind of love every girl craves for and deserves. Fellas, Take notes! When I got home from a long day- I opened the door to hearing the song I walked down the aisle to and seeing rose pedals with candles leading to a dinner table set for two in our living room. There was a private chef in the kitchen and a waitress waiting right by our table. They served us the entire night and made us feel like celebrities haha. The food was beyond amazing. Thank you @pierreexquisitecuisine for giving us an experience of a lifetime. This will definitely be something we can’t stop talking about!! Did I mention the food was bomb???! Can’t wait to use them again & again & gain!! Tag someone you know would love to experience this!
I hired Pierre Exquisite Cruise for my daughter’s college theme graduation party “Fresh Princess Of Spel-Air”. After searching Instagram for a cater that specialized in great taste & exquisite presentation, I found Pierre Exquisite Cruise. I scheduled a tasting with Tamara & was sold immediately after my tasting! Tamara’s professional & the quality of food was superb!! Last night, I walked in the room & was blown away by her presentation, decor & just taste of all the items! All my guests are still raving on how wonderful her food was. Our items included: Crunk Chicken & Waffles, Spelmanite Sweet & Spicy Wings, Homeboy Meatballs, Banging Banana Pudding, & Philly Twice Baked Potatoes. Tamara walked me through everything and ensured my vision was brought to life through her food! She was prompt, courteous and overall just a sweet and kind individual! I highly recommend her company to anyone in need of a caterer!
I hosted a baby shower and I used Pierre Exquisite Cuisine services. Not only was the food delicious, they were prompt, professional, and provided excellent service. Hi, Just wanted to take a moment and rave about how delicious my meals were. I’m always on the go and these prepared meals are just what I needed to avoid the fast food lines and a growing waist line. They are beautifully presented and flavorful. My favorite- the fish, shrimp, pork chops, greens. No way for me to pick just one. Thanks for making my schedule and waistline happy.

Omg the meal preps that I ordered not only looked good but tasted great! So glad you are doing meal preps and have a variety to choose from I definitely will be ordering more. The amount of food that are in the meal preps is good as well I had some left overs for dinner . Keep up the good work
I was so enthralled with the scrumptious pics on IG from Pierre Exquisite Cuisine that I finally had to reach out and see if they might be available to prepare food for our family reunion. Boy am I glad I did!! Tamara was responsive and professional from day one! She and her sister arrived on time, were so pleasant and down to earth, as they provided a delicious taste test in my home. I knew that day! would use their services. Tamara was extremely patient as she assisted me in finalizing our menu. And she even assisted me by making suggestions for a decorator for my event. On the actual night of our family’s banquet she and her team did not disappoint. The layout was elegant, the staff were attentive, pleasant and professional, and the food was absolutely AMAZING!!! It was a top notch experience! And I would (and already have!) highly recommend Pierre Exquisite Cuisine for your catering needs!!!
I randomly came across Pierre Exquisite Cuisine on IG, while searching for a caterer for my family’s annual Holiday Gala. All of the food on the chef’s page looked so yummy I had to reach out. After making contact | was so impressed with her customer service and professionalism and reasonable prices, that I hired her to cater my mom’s birthday celebration. The food at both events were a hit. I can gladly say that her food, the presentation, and service are top notch .. Attendees from both events still talk about how great the food was and in the case of the servers at the gala, how professional and awesome they were. I look forward to continuing to work with Pierre Exquisite Cuisine for my catering needs in the future. The gala meal consisted of: Tuscan Garlic Chicken, Sautéed Spinach, Tomatoes & Parmesan cheese, Long Stem Green Beans, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Creamy Mac & Cheese. For the birthday dinner we had: Baked Salmon, Catfish (no fishy smell), potatoes, baked chicken wings and French fries, chocolate covered strawberries, dessert truffles, and banana pudding.
Tamara is so creative; delivering unexpected over the top party table displays. At the same she is also able give you exactly what you ask for. These abilities resulted in a fabulous experience for my guests. Because we were short on set up time, we were frantic. Tamara’s calm and professional demeanor guided us through. This young professional is on her game. My guests were impressed enough to request her business information. She even provide some videos of my guests enjoying them. Did I say ‘she’s the best’? Hopefully she’ll be busy this holiday season. Y’all better book her now; tomorrow may be too late!
OMG OREO PUDDING DESSERT!!!!!! My son’s 8th birthday was Sunday and we had the Oreo pudding as his cake substitute. Some of the kids said they didn’t want any cake. I said good it’s not cake and served everyone a good helping. The Oreo smiles were priceless and needless to say there was none to take home. Thank you Pierre Exquisite Cuisine for being a part of my special guy’s big day!
I hosted my very first Mother’s Day brunch for my aunts. I wanted to be able to introduce them to different foods that were freshly prepared, delicious and tasteful. I got that and some. The Hennessy wings were filled with flavor and yes you can taste the Hennessy but only a little kick nothing to overpowering. The shrimp and grit were smooth and creamy and not lumpy and thick. She wasn’t stingy with the sauce. I love my sauce to last throughout my serving of grits. Most of my relatives enjoyed the shrimp and grits on their first time trying it that they took some to go lol. Reheated grits you say, yes!, the grits are delicious the next day. I had some this morning and they were just as good!
